Join us for the annual Royal Hobart Hospital Research Foundation Easter Egg Hunt.

It’s that time of year again! Join us for the Foundation’s Easter Egg Hunt and Family Picnic Day at the Royal Tasmanian Botanical Gardens. This year we’re bringing more clues, more chocolate, and even more fun to brighten your Good Friday!

Where: The Royal Tasmanian Botanic Gardens

Time: 10.00 am till 2.00 pm

The fun will begin at 10.00 am and will continue until 2.00 pm. Entertainment will be provided thanks to some of Hobart’s most engaging entertainers, face painters, and communications providers.

This year kids aged between four to fourteen years of age will be given a set of clues that will lead them on an exciting egg hunt throughout the Botanical Gardens. Once the kids have solved their gardens quest, they will be led to a secret location to receive a special bag filled with plenty of chocolate Easter eggs!

Bring along a picnic and join us for the afternoon. Sprout, the Botanical Gardens takeaway kiosk will be open, and we’ll be joined by a host of Easter guests including Caramello Koala, Freddo Frog, and our special guest the Easter Bunny! It’s truly a day of fun for the whole family.

All proceeds will be invested into local medical research that really makes a difference to the health and well-being of Tasmanians right across our state.
